You will focus on coaching and influencing rather than direct line management, setting standards, and coordinating proportionate intervention to meet pupil needs.
You will lead SEND reviews, develop SENCOs, work with families and services, and ensure statutory compliance. A base in Tamworth with travel across the Trust is expected.
