Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils are seeking a Relief Monitoring Centre Operator for the NEW Lifeline and CCTV Monitoring Centre. The role is a relief contract, 24 hours per week on a shift rota including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and bank holidays, based in Redditch with some travel to Bromsgrove.
You will answer Lifeline calls, monitor CCTV, and produce evidence for police while safeguarding vulnerable residents and using multiple IT systems.
