Wollaston School is seeking four enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant and supportive team. These posts are linked to specific year groups, offering you the opportunity to build strong relationships and provide tailored support to our pupils.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide targeted in-class and small-group support
- Deliver interventions and support pupils with additional needs, including SEND
- Liaise with class teachers and the SENCO to contribute to planning and assessment
- Help maintain positive behaviour and inclusion
- Support pupils' social and emotional development
Person specification:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children or young people
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to follow guidance
- A flexible, team-based approach
