What You\’ll Be Doing:

As a MINI Sales Consultant, you\’ll be the face of the brand – inspiring and supporting customers throughout their car-buying journey. From first enquiry to handing over the keys, you\’ll provide expert advice and build lasting relationships that reflect the values of MINI and Wollaston BMW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers and understand their vehicle needs and lifestyle preferences
  • Deliver exceptional product knowledge and a seamless sales experience
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Ensure every customer receives a personal and memorable experience

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role in the automotive industry
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
