What You\βll Be Doing:
As a MINI Sales Consultant, you\βll be the face of the brand β inspiring and supporting customers throughout their car-buying journey. From first enquiry to handing over the keys, you\βll provide expert advice and build lasting relationships that reflect the values of MINI and Wollaston BMW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and understand their vehicle needs and lifestyle preferences
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge and a seamless sales experience
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Ensure every customer receives a personal and memorable experience
What We\βre Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role in the automotive industry
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Full UK driving licence is essential
