Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (Occasional overtime/weekends may be required)
The William Morgan Group is proud to deliver outstanding automotive services. We're looking for an Assistant Wheel Technician to join our busy Wollaston Preparation Centre in Earls Barton. Full training provided.
The Role
- Assist with refurbishment of alloy wheels (diamond-cut painted)
- Remove/refit wheels safely and to manufacturer standards
- Inflate tyres, torque wheels, reset TPMS systems
- Carry out SMART repairs where possible
- Work to preparation schedules, SLAs, Health Safety standards
About You
- Positive, reliable and detail-focused
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic wheel/tyre or vehicle knowledge helpful (not essential)
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Salary Benefits
- £27,****** per annum
- Approx. £2,000 annual bonus (based on monthly target achievement)
