A leading fashion retailer is looking to recruit an experienced Merchandiser to join their growing Merchandising team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence commercial strategy across stores and online.

What You’ll Do:

  • Forecasting, planning, and managing the WSSI
  • Develop and deliver Department Strategy
  • Work closely with the Buyers to deliver Seasonal Range Plans
  • Mentor and develop the Assistant and Junior Merchandisers on the team
  • Act as the go-to for merchandising processes and reporting
  • Work across Branded and own-Branded product
  • Reporting into the Merchandising Manager, and deputising where necessary

About You:

  • Experienced Merchandiser (ideally fashion retail & multichannel)
  • Commercially driven, analytical, and passionate about product
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
