We are working with a well‑known retail brand to find an Assistant Merchandiser who’s confident with numbers, curious about product performance, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced commercial environment. If you’re someone who loves turning data into clear actions and helping shape great product ranges, this could be a brilliant next step.
In this role, you’ll support the Merchandiser, get involved in range planning, and help keep stock flowing smoothly throughout the season.
What You’ll Be Doing- Setting up and maintaining range plans and line cards
- Stock and Sales analysis
- Review stock levels and cover, and taking action to maximise sales
- Making sure replenishment systems are accurate and up to date
- Reviewing sales performance, supporting forecasting, and helping adjust plans when needed
- Preparing weekly trading data and coordinating sales report distribution
- Carrying out promotional and product analysis to support commercial decisions
- Working closely with merchandising, logistics, and field teams
- Stepping in for the Merchandiser when required
- Currently a strong Merchandising Assistant looking to step up or an existing Assistant Merchandiser looking for a new challenge
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
