Fantastic opportunity to join a growing retailer searching for a proactive and motivated individual to join their established Merchandising Team. This role supports commercial performance by optimising stock and maximising sales opportunities through effective forecasting and product availability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee the critical path, ensuring new product launches progress smoothly and on schedule.
- Manage Line Cards and OTB
- Monitor products each week, ensuring stock availability
- Review sales performance and make recommendations
- Continually assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend weekly promotions and markdown
- Prepare and present KPI Reports
The successful candidate:
- Experienced Merchandising Admin Assistant or Assistant Merchandiser
- Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of forecasting, stock management and supply chain processes
- Commercially driven, analytical, and passionate about product
- Ability to analyse and interpret large data sets
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
