At Wolfspeed, we believe the most powerful innovations are created by people who care deeply about what they build and why it matters. As the leader in silicon carbide technology, we are enabling a more sustainable, electrified future - one breakthrough at a time. Our team at Wolfspeed is bold, modern, and relentlessly focused on execution. We are building the foundation for the next decades of innovation and we’re looking for people who are ready to help shape it.

This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed’s mission to scale world‑class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead, you will drive both the business process strategy and technical architecture of Salesforce across our Global Sales & Marketing organization.

This role requires a combination of deep functional expertise and hands‑on technical capability, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will own the end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash technology stack, spanning Salesforce platform development, native and enterprise reporting, the broader integration ecosystem, and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the techno‑functional lead for Salesforce, owning business process design, solution architecture, and hands‑on technical development/configuration.
  • Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and support, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Business Units.
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, APIs, and other declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Own the Salesforce integration ecosystem, including SAP, Model N, Account Engagement (Pardot), Highspot, Ringlead, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data flows.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reporting and dashboards, extending enterprise reporting through Snowflake and Power BI.
  • Drive the long‑term Salesforce strategy and roadmap, including data models, scalability, security, technical debt, release management, and DevOps practices (sandboxes, CI/CD, version control).
  • Design and optimize Lead‑to‑Cash processes, including Account, Opportunity and design registration management; channel data and distribution; sample orders, pricing and quotations; and POS and channel inventory reconciliation.
  • Configure and develop workflows, approvals, automation, and custom code, and lead testing across unit, SIT, UAT, regression, end‑to‑end, and automated testing.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Agentforce and other AI/agentic capabilities across Lead‑to‑Cash, including AI‑assisted sales insights, knowledge access, automation, and user support, ensuring alignment with business needs and data governance.
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering teams on AI‑driven enhancements and provide technical mentorship, training, and ongoing support to business users and junior analysts/developers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments across functional configuration and technical development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs)
  • Strong experience designing and supporting end‑to‑end Salesforce processes, including lead and opportunity management, pipeline management, sales operations, forecasting, account management, pricing, channel management, and customer engagement
  • Proven Salesforce configuration and development experience, including Flow, Process Builder, workflows, approvals, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, custom objects, security models, SOQL/SOSL, reporting, and dashboards
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise integrations and ERP connectivity, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, and enterprise data flows, with SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Experience integrating or supporting adjacent platforms such as Model N, Account Engagement (Pardot), Highspot, and Ringlead
  • Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and Power BI (or similar BI tools) for data modelling, cloud data warehousing, analytics, dashboards, and business reporting
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices, including scalability, security, performance optimisation, and DevOps/release management (sandbox strategy, CI/CD, version control)
  • Solid understanding of Agentforce and Salesforce AI/agentic capabilities, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities across the Lead‑to‑Cash cycle
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and testing methodologies (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, A/B, automated testing)
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders and a continuous‑improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
  • In‑depth Account Engagement (Pardot) and lead management experience
  • Familiarity with AI/agentic platforms (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce) is a plus
