Wolfspeed NI is looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join their Cybersecurity organization. The GRC Analyst will provide cybersecurity expertise to assess, design, implement, and govern cybersecurity policies and standards, ensure security controls align with industry frameworks, and manage cybersecurity issues and risks. The role involves working closely with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to assess risks and develop actionable plans.

Your Day-to-Day
- Assess and evaluate security and IT controls, making recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes based on compliance frameworks
- Map controls across multiple security and compliance frameworks to identify gaps and promote adoption
- Oversee SOX control testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Manage security issues, risks, and exception processes
- Translate audit results and compliance guidance into actionable issues and guide business owners in remediation
- Track non-compliance issues and monitor remediation efforts
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in GRC domains
- Experience in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and standards
- Proficiency in managing issues, exceptions, and risk acceptance processes
- Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, AuditBoard, OneTrust, or Workiva
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive IT and business leaders to align cybersecurity with business priorities
