  • Drive master data quality through profiling, monitoring, remediation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee lifecycle governance of core domains:
    • Material Master Data: BOMs, product hierarchy, lifecycle status, manufacturing & supply planning attributes.
    • Customer Master Data: hierarchies, segmentation, pricing attributes, compliance data.
  • Lead MDM technology enablement (e.g., SAP MDG): selection, implementation, optimization, and integration with IT partners.
  • Collaborate with executive data owners and SMEs to harmonize definitions, rules, and hierarchies, and evangelise best practices.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience leading and managing teams in a global environment.
  • 5+ years experience in master data / master data governance (MDM/MDG), including governance frameworks and data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM methodologies, data governance, data modeling, and data quality.
  • Proven ability to influence at executive level and partner across cross‑functional, global teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical problem‑solving, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to work the required pattern (Monday–Friday).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP MDG and broader ERP ecosystems; strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing master data impacts.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation programs in fast‑paced environments.
  • Semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing experience.
