Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end indirect procurement activities for IT commodities, including software, hardware, and IT services.
  • Analyse spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to inform sourcing strategies and optimise the supply base.
  • Own and manage RFX processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) from initiation through award.

  • Manage contract lifecycle activities, including reviews, renewals, and ongoing supplier governance.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Proven capability managing RFX processes and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, stakeholder, and self‑management skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, fair, and compliant business practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ success negotiating IT software contracts (customer or service‑provider side).
  • Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Business Network (Ariba).
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g. Icertis).

We understand you may not meet every requirement — that’s okay. We encourage you to apply.
