Here’s the Gist: The SAP Order to Cash Lead Systems Analyst will be accountable for designing and configuring SAP software solutions to help streamline business processes and will also provide technical leadership and ownership over the functional area. Team members should have the technical and communication skills needed to interface directly with internal stakeholders to administer and enhance the system. This position requires strong experience with master data, configuration, and transactions supporting Sales Orders, Invoicing, Pricing, EDI and integrations supporting these items. The Lead Systems Analyst is expected to provide technical leadership with primary oversight of the OTC SAP systems and processes, mentoring and advising team members, and being the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaborations. Must also have a thorough understanding of cross-module dependencies (MM, WM, FI/CO).

The Day-to-Day:

  • Assist in defining business processes and recommend solutions to help streamline those processes.
  • Manage solution scope within standard software capabilities to degree possible, guide system integrator and contractor employees to ensure solutions implemented are within Wolfspeed standards.
  • Analyze and understand SAP OTC data to promote proper use of the system and to aid in the development of test scenarios.
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
  • Work with Wolfspeed Support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
  • Support End User Training on new system functionality.
  • Act as the liaison to corporate initiatives and projects.
  • Gain understanding of company products, functions, marketing, and/or service policies and procedures.
  • Analyze, design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance functional solutions leveraging SAP Order to Cash and other system integrations where necessary.
  • Configure system features as per business requirements and create documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning and execution.
  • Establish optimal use of SAP Order to Cash data objects and structures (example: order types) and corresponding master data (ex: Customer Master), according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Communicating and obtaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders for SAP Order to Cash design (covering people, process, and technology).
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance is maintained for all supported systems.
  • Deliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value and minimize duplication of solutions.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Grow, develop, and share overall SAP product knowledge and expertise, within and across team and organization.
  • Conduct research to identify new product features and best practices. Lead discussions to assess applicability to Wolfspeed business scenario.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Assist stakeholders in troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems.
  • Track/Manage changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Experience in integration of SAP Order to Cash processes with relevant IBP, MM, WM, FI/CO functions. Able to design and configure the processes in Sales Order management, invoicing, pricing, shipping conditions, schedule dates.
  • 5 years of overall IT experience and a record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing technical expertise, while applying best practices and leveraging core SAP platform capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years Solution Design, Configuration, Implementation and Support of SAP Order to Cash and a strong background in Customer Master data a plus.
  • Experience with SAP IBP and schedule dates a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Understanding of order to cash business processes.
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with other SAP IT leads and our business partners.
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Proven track record in supporting operations customers and contract manufacturers.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal, written & presentation communications skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally as necessary.
  • Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to blend the technical and commercial to deliver a balanced approach to problems.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Semiconductor or High-Tech industry background is a plus.
  • Knowledge on the RICEFW objects and experience drafting functional & technical specifications.
  • Flexible in collaboration with virtual global teams outside of office hours regularly.
