We’re looking for a driven, commercially sharp On-Trade Sales Lead to spearhead Wolfie’s growth across key city markets, starting with London. This role is responsible for opening and developing high-quality bar, pub and venue accounts, building strong trade relationships, and driving consistent rate of sale through smart activation and cultural relevance.

You’ll own new business acquisition, manage a pipeline of target venues, and work closely with our brand and culture teams to turn listings into repeatable volume. Alongside this, you’ll build and manage key wholesale and distribution relationships to ensure seamless supply and unlock scalable growth.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on the ground, understands what makes venues tick, and wants to be part of building one of the most exciting new whisky brands in the market. Previous sales experience, existing network and understanding of the London scene mandatory.
