What will you do? Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our established and experienced team and play an integral role in the future of the firm. You will run a caseload advising clients on Wills, Estate Administration, LPAs, Drafting Deeds of Variation, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts with support provided from a dedicated team of Paralegals and Administrators. You will be expected to provide cover to both our North Hill and Plympton offices with flexibility to work from home part of the week, after a period of training.
What do you offer? You will have previous experience working for a reputable law firm. Excellent communication skills, time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively, attention to detail. Able to demonstrate a passion for client service excellence, deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information, develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, the firm's employees, and partners. Works well under pressure within stipulated timescales and meet deadlines.
You will be proud of a professional and positive work attitude with the ability to embrace change. Willing to attend courses and webinars to increase knowledge and understanding. Keen to work towards or demonstrate the firm's core competencies. Committed to Wolferstans, and able to provide a confident and positive input, taking responsibility and ownership for the success of the firm and your own development.
