The Opportunity
- Our client is looking to expand their commercial team at their office in Shropshire.
- This role will encompass all aspects within the commercial team of a progressive broker including Sales, Customer Service and technical broking.
- The role will involve the management of client insurance programmes across varied business sectors and insurance products.
- Successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional service and technical advice.
- Work closely with senior colleagues.
Successful Candidates
- Exposure to the Commercial Insurance market would be of interest : Some experience in an Account Handling, customer service, administration or sales role would be welcome.
- Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery.
- Excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
- Will be looking to build a long-term career.
