As a Mid-Level User Experience Designer, you are naturally adaptive and agile as well as passionate about UX and the value it creates. Responsible for the development of innovative customer experiences across a wide variety of channels and devices, leading user experience activities on key projects and initiatives. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative experiences for clients.

What you will bring:

  • A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centred design principles
  • The ability to lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
  • Able to utilise state-of-the-art techniques and contribute to thought leadership activities
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with team members to develop streamlined UX processes
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to improve strategy to better address client and user objectives
  • Continually innovates and improves on the UX processes and deliverables to set new standards
  • Capable of defining consumers, processes, and ideas from an objective point of view based on research and insight, and can effectively communicate this point of view with senior management on both the agency and client sides
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, including metrics from analytics tools, user feedback, and usability testing results, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimisation

You will have:

  • Excellent skills in developing wireframes, user journeys and prototypes, optimised for devices and contexts
  • Excellent skills with data analytics tools
  • Excellent skills in producing benchmarking
  • Excellent knowledge of HCI principles
  • Good knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma)
  • Good knowledge of Service Design principles and methodology
  • Good knowledge and understanding of front- and back-end programming dynamics
  • Good public speaking and listening skills
  • Good UX research and validation process
  • Familiarity with Agile and Sprint working methodologies
  • An academic background in art / design / engineering or tech would be beneficial

  • You have a compelling portfolio of distinctive work showing both product and service design as well as storytelling
  • You are able to develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
  • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • You have expertise in cross-functional collaboration
  • You will assist and guide other User Experience Designers in their professional development, fostering innovation in the User Experience team
  • You will foster progressive and limitless thinking
  • You will have a strong passion and talent for all things digital, and you are able to inspire your teammates with a fresh perspective
  • You are on top of contemporary practices and techniques, eager to try new things out and share with your peers and wider colleagues
