Wolf Safety, in partnership with Elevation Recruitment Group, is seeking to appoint a Sales Director for this key leadership role. This is a significant opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape global sales strategy, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate growth across international markets.

You will lead and develop a team of 7 across sales and marketing, driving performance, alignment, and growth across all commercial activity. This will include trade missions, market intelligence gathering, and building relationships in new markets.

  • Lead global sales and marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Oversee pricing, margins, forecasting, budgets, and commercial performance.
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure strong people leadership across the functions, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and supporting professional development and succession planning.
  • Direct marketing activity including campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and digital strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, distributor performance, pipeline activity, and campaign effectiveness.

Proven senior sales and marketing leadership experience within safety-critical sectors. Strong commercial and strategic capability with international B2B experience. Experience managing distributor networks and delivering sustainable growth. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven, commercially focused, and confident operating at senior leadership level.
