Job Description

We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our team. This role is a vital link between our internal departments and the quality of the service we deliver on the ground.

A successful candidate needs to have a background or interest in live events and an eye for attention to detail.


Core Duties:

  • Management of all aspects of the Warehouse operations including leading a team of casual, full-time and freelance staff.
  • Organisation of the warehouse / workshop equipment and consumable items.
  • Checking in equipment returned from hire.
  • Uphold exceptional standards when prepping and de-prepping equipment for hire.
  • Stock Control using Current RMS rental management software.
  • Load and Unload vehicles and oversee vehicle loading logistics
  • Manage Service, Repair and Maintenance of Fixtures, Equipment and Facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s paperwork process to generate and file hire agreements and prep lists and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures and ensure H&S standards are kept up in the warehouse.
  • Occasional work on site rigging / de-rigging for events.
  • Occasional deliveries to site when required.
  • Management and upkeep of the company fleet of vehicles.

  • Forklift Truck License an advantage but not essential
