What Youll Do:

  • Lead and support a team of care staff
  • Take charge of shifts and ensure effective handovers
  • Support young people with daily living skills, personal care, and emotional wellbeing
  • Help develop and implement care plans and support strategies
  • Build strong, professional relationships with families and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and reports
  • Encourage independence and personal growth in every young person you support

What You Bring:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Afull UK driving licence(or actively working towards one)
  • Willingness to undertake further training
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people

Desirable:

  • Experience in residential childcare or mental health support
  • Confidence managing behaviours that challenge
