We\’re looking for a compassionate, confident, and capableTeam Leaderto support children and young people with complex needs in a safe, supportive home environment.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and support a team of care staff
- Take charge of shifts and ensure effective handovers
- Support young people with daily living skills, personal care, and emotional wellbeing
- Help develop and implement care plans and support strategies
- Build strong, professional relationships with families and external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and reports
- Encourage independence and personal growth in every young person you support
What You Bring:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Afull UK driving licence(or actively working towards one)
- Willingness to undertake further training
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people
Desirable:
- Experience in residential childcare or mental health support
- Confidence managing behaviours that challenge
