Due to internal promotions, our client is looking for a Support Worker - someone with experience, energy, and drive to help lead a caring, resilient, and skilled team in a 2-3 bed Children's Home (ages 8-18).
What You'll Do:
- Be part of a strong team to provide a stable and enriching home for children
- Empower young lives: Support children through their challenges with empathy, patience, and resilience
- Champion safeguarding: Create a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment
- Shape the future: Drive the home towards an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating
- Hands-on support: Manage casework, behaviour strategies, and team training

What You Bring:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferable but not essential)
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours
