Due to new homes opening, our client is looking for dedicated Support Workers for a wonderful 4 bed EBD home in Gloucester for young people aged 8-17 years.
What You'll Do:
- Be part of a strong team to provide a stable and enriching home for children
- Empower young lives: Support children through their challenges with empathy, patience, and resilience
- Champion safeguarding: Create a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment
- Shape the future: Drive the home towards an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating
- Hands-on support: Manage casework, behaviour strategies, and team training

What You Bring:
- Ideally Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - will consider skilled support workers wanting to transition to supporting Young People.
- Ideally experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours
- Strong leadership & team skills - ready to inspire and support your colleagues
- Flexibility - able to work weekends, evenings & sleep-ins (extra pay for sleep-ins)
