The Role
As a Support Worker, the focus is on enabling individuals to live life on their own terms through practical, emotional, and social support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal routines
- Delivering person-centred support that reflects individual needs, choices, and aspirations
- Promoting health and wellbeing, including support with medical appointments
- Encouraging social inclusion, education, training, and employment opportunities
- Administering medication safely and following safeguarding procedures
- Championing equality, diversity, and human rights in everyday practice
Shift Details
Two permanent roles available: 37 hours per week and 38 hours per week
Two-week rota provided
A variety of day shifts, with start times from 7:30am and finishes up to 10:00pm
Alternate weekends required
