Supporting our community of independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home, and beauty through our online marketplace and flagship stores in London, New York City, and Los Angeles. We are seeking a resourceful and collaborative PR & Events Manager to drive brand awareness. You will own the day-to-day delivery of our PR strategy and events programme, securing consistent media coverage and delivering memorable, on-brand events across our stores and beyond, while supporting the wider growth of our partnerships and Tastemakers influencer programme. This is a full‑time role, primarily based at our HQ and store in Central London (3+ days per week) with hybrid flexibility. Our PR and Marketing team are based across London and Los Angeles and you will work closely with our London, LA and New York stores teams.

Responsibilities
  • PR & Media Relations
    • Deliver and develop the PR strategy across key markets, securing consistent media coverage and elevating brand awareness in the UK.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, stylists and key industry contacts; develop and pitch compelling stories across fashion, lifestyle and sustainability.
    • Manage press office activity, including media enquiries, product samples, celebrity dressing, gifting programmes and press materials.
    • Monitor, analyse and report on PR performance, maintaining media databases, press lists, industry awards submissions and other PR resources.
  • Events
    • Develop and deliver a calendar of engaging in‑store and industry events that drive awareness and community engagement.
    • Plan and execute press, influencer and customer‑facing events including launches, press days, store openings, pop‑ups and brand collaborations.
    • Manage all event logistics, sponsorships, entertainment, guest experience and on‑site delivery, ensuring exceptional brand representation and partnering with our store teams.
    • Track event performance and contribute creative ideas for future activations, partnerships and branded experiences.
  • Influencer & Partnerships
    • Set the strategy for influencer partnership campaigns in the UK.
    • Scope out and identify new and relevant influencers and creators.
    • Manage relationships with influencers and content creators, including outreach, product gifting, content briefing, negotiation, nurturing relationships and evaluating performance.
    • Work closely with Performance Marketing team to activate creator and partnership campaigns.
    • Drive the growth and management of the Wolf & Badger ShopMy programme.
    • Help identify and deliver strategic brand partnerships and collaborations with like‑minded businesses, working cross‑functionally to activate campaigns across organic and paid channels.
  • Collaboration & Brand Support
    • Manage the annual PR and Events calendar, ensuring effective planning and execution across all activities.
    • Work closely with internal teams and designer brands to source products, create media opportunities and deliver marketing assets.
    • Support social content creation, industry research and marketing initiatives while acting as a brand ambassador at key events.

Significant experience in PR, events and brand communications (e.g. 3+ years), ideally with exposure to influencer marketing and partnerships. Proven success securing media coverage and delivering impactful events. Strong knowledge of PR tools, media relations and influencer platforms. Excellent communication, storytelling, organisation and project management skills. Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for fashion, sustainability and independent brands.
