We are seeking an outstanding Music Graduate to work with young musicians at all levels in a leading music department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop as a musician and an educator, working as part of a supportive team of dedicated and experienced music teachers.
Providing support to the residential teams to deliver outstanding pastoral care and activities for the boarders. Woldingham has 6 boarding houses, each run by a Housemistress and Assistant Housemistress. Graduates form part of the wider boarding team usually assigned to one specific house but with the ability to work across a variety of ages as the need arises.

Responsibilities:
- Support to the residential teams to deliver outstanding pastoral care and activities for boarders.
- Work as part of a wider boarding team, usually assigned to one specific house with the flexibility to work across a variety of ages as needed.
- Engage with the music department to develop as a musician and educator within a supportive team of dedicated teachers.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Music Graduate with the ability to develop professionally as a musician and educator.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of experienced music teachers.
- Willingness to contribute to pastoral and co-curricular activities as part of a boarding environment.
- Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities; able to comply with DBS requirements.
