Woldgate School and Sixth Form College in York is seeking a Care and Achievement Coordinator to support pupil welfare and progress. You will be the first point of contact for parents, handling enquiries by phone and in meetings, and helping to foster a calm, focused learning environment.
You will work with senior staff to identify pupils needing encouragement, liaise with teachers and support colleagues to resolve issues promptly, and ensure families feel informed and valued within our school.
