Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Senior Direct Payments Officer to join the Financial Assessments & Payments Team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead timely reviews of Direct Payments, provide expert guidance to customers and colleagues, and manage processing and reconciliation of Direct Payment funds.
You will deputise for the Team Manager, support complex decisions, respond to complaints, and help drive improvements in Adult Social Care service delivery.
