Wokingham Borough Council is recruiting two Recovery Officers to join the Income & Assessments team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will help maximise income by recovering Council Tax, Business Rates, Adult Social Care charges, Housing Benefit overpayments and sundry debts, while delivering courteous customer service.
You will manage cases, agree repayment arrangements, and work with partners to apply recovery legislation.
