Wokingham Borough Council is seeking an organised professional to support delivery of the Damp & Mould and Disrepair Service in Shute End, Wokingham. You will coordinate inspections, repairs and remedial works from initial report through to resolution.
You will triage damp and mould cases, maintain records, coordinate contractors and internal teams, monitor performance and compliance, and help ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
