Wokingham Borough Council is seeking two Family Help Practitioners to work with children, young people and families, delivering strengths-based interventions to build resilience and reduce statutory involvement.
You will undertake whole-family assessments, coordinate Team Around the Family meetings and build strong partnerships with schools, health services, voluntary organisations and wider family networks. Children’s voices will be central to planning and positive parenting supported.
