Wokingham Borough Council in Wokingham is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Team on a full-time, 2 year fixed term contract. This role sits within the All Age Continuing Care and S117 team, working with health and partner organisations to secure funding, coordinate assessments and ensure people receive the necessary support.
