We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Team Manager to join our West Locality Team in Adult Social Care at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, permanent basis. As Team Manager, you'll give a multidisciplinary team the direction, support and professional leadership they need to manage complex situations and deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You'll help colleagues grow in confidence, strengthen practice and create a culture where people feel valued and able to do their best work. You'll be joining a team that supports adults with a wide range of needs to build on their strengths and achieve the outcomes that matter to them. Alongside leading your team, you'll build strong partnerships across health and social care, champion good practice and help shape services for the future.
