We have an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant - Housing to join our Housing Services Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract. As the Senior Management Accountant - Housing, you will play a key role within the Housing service, supporting the management of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and delivering high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and business partnering.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and advice, ensuring effective management of budgets, service charges and financial performance. You will bring strong experience in housing finance, particularly HRA budgeting and accounting, alongside excellent analytical and financial modelling skills. A CCAB or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
