Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Services Team, delivering specialist palliative and end-of-life care in patients' homes across North West Surrey. You will provide holistic assessment, care planning, symptom management and emotional support, coordinating with GPs, district nurses and other professionals.
The successful candidate will have post-registration experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
