Woking and Sam Beare Hospice In Patient Unit is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our incredible team. About Us At the hospice, we pride ourselves on providing high standards of care to patients and their families during some of their most challenging times. Our services include care in the Inpatient Unit (IPU), patients\’ own homes, and the Wellbeing Centre. We specialise in palliative and end-of-life care for patients with complex, life-limiting illnesses in the North-West Surrey area. Our Approach We ensure high standards through excellent staff-to-patient ratios, making our patients and families feel prioritized. Our environment is clean, warm, and homely, ensuring safety and comfort for all who use our services. Development and Education We focus heavily on staff education and development, supporting training sessions led by in-house experts and encouraging professional growth through courses and university modules. Recent initiatives include: NA to RN apprenticeships HCA to NA apprenticeships CNS supported to become Non-Medical Prescriber/ANP Staff Nurse to Senior Staff Nurse Senior Staff Nurse to Clinical Nurse Specialist in the community team Employee Testimonials \”In the short time I have worked at the Hospice, I have been really supported by the team I work within.
