Here at the hospice, we pride ourselves on givingexceptionally high standards of care to patients and their families throughsome of the most challenging times of their lives. In our IPU, in their ownhomes and in our Wellbeing Centre. Our charity-based service specialises inpalliative and end of life care for patients with complex life limitingillnesses who live in the North-West Surrey area.

This role is Band 2-3 depending on experience and qualification. All successfulcandidates employed into Band 2 are encouraged to complete the Care Certificate within 6-12 months of employment, which would offer the opportunity to develop into the Band 3 role.

To workunder the direction of a Registered Nurse both independently and as part of amulti-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, high quality care to palliativeand end of life care patients, their carers and relatives in the Community and/or on our Inpatient Unit.
Toparticipate in a seven day per week operational service including days andnights. Full/part time applications considered.
