Woking & Sam Beare Hospice is pleased to announce the following position:
Fundraising Assistant Administrator (Supporter Care Assistant Administrator), part-time 25–27.5 hours per week
We are a patient-centred charity providing palliative and end-of-life care to those with advanced illnesses in Northwest Surrey. We support patients, families, and carers both in the community and at our In-Patient Unit and Well Being Centre.
You will join a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the Surrey community.

A successful Income Generation Administrator will be:
- Able to collaborate and build positive relationships at all levels.
- Possess strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Organized with effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with accurate information management.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Familiar with GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Ability to run reports and interpret data.
A candidate should have:
- Math and English GCSEs or equivalent.
- Experience in office or admin roles.
- Proven data management skills and familiarity with digital platforms.
- Previous hospice or charity experience.
- Experience with fundraising CRM systems like Donorflex.
This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) and requires a DBS check.
