We are looking for an experienced andproactive Site and Compliance Manager to lead and manage the effectiveoperation, maintenance, safety and development of the school site, ensuringthat buildings, grounds and facilities provide a safe, secure, compliant andwelcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
The role requires a practical, and hands‑onapproach, combining effective leadership and forward planning with awillingness to contribute directly to the operational and maintenance needs ofthe school, including responding to emergencies and supporting activitiesoutside normal school hours.
Premises management experience, preferably inan educational environment, is important and candidates should have an excellentworking knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in order to keep our sitesafe, clean and secure.
The successful candidate will also play animportant role in managing future developments as well as ensuring our rollingmaintenance plan is achieved on time and within budget.
