The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking to appoint an organised and resilient individual to support the day-to-day operation of our Focus Centre and wider inclusion provision.

This varied role combines administration, parental communication and student support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people while also being confident with record keeping and administrative tasks.

Good literacy and numeracy – GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.

Able to motivate and support students to achieve excellence.

Modelling good behaviour management techniques.

Ability to establish good relationships with children whilst setting firm boundaries.

Ability to work well in a team.

Evidence of the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.

Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.

The ability to act as an excellent role model for students.

Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

A calm and resilient nature, with a sense of humour.

Initiative and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organisational, planning, administration and time management skills.

Ability to adhere to policies, procedures and relevant legislation relating to child protection, health and safety, security, confidentiality, data protection and equal opportunities.
