The Admissions Officer will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the admissions process, managing the complete Admissions cycle for Year 6 into 7, coordinating the process with Surrey County Council and acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries related to admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete Admissions cycle for Year 6 into Year 7.
  • Coordinate the admissions process with Surrey County Council.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries.
  • Support tasks related to admissions during events and in day-to-day operations, including Open Evenings and settling in new students, as well as attending occasional Governor meetings as required.

Employment Details

  • Role: 24 hours per week.
  • Contract: term time plus 2 weeks per academic year; preferably spread over four or five days.
  • One extra paid week must be worked during the last week of the school holidays; the other week can be used to create flexibility to complete necessary tasks outside set hours (e.g., Open Evening, settling in new students, Governor meetings).
