Restaurant Operations Lead

Woking Dragon China Bistro is seeking an assistant manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure service quality at our Coquitlam location.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, secondary school education, and be able to plan schedules, train staff, manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain health and safety standards on site. This role is on site with flexible hours and starts as soon as possible.
