Woking Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join our Housing Standards Team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will investigate tenant complaints, conduct property inspections and provide specialist tenancy administration advice to safeguard private rented sector tenants.
You will work with landlords, letting agents and other stakeholders, and where appropriate take enforcement action in line with the Council's policies.
