We are transforming our services at Woking and are recruiting for several new exciting and challenging roles in our Housing Assets Team. We are seeking motivated and flexible candidates who can achieve high standards to support the delivery of front-line services and to improve our homes whilst ensuring we are able to meet the requirements of the regulatory standards.

Working within the Repairs section of the Housing Assets Team you will have a high level of involvement in managing the day-to-day aspects of our Repairs Contract and will be dealing with a variety of enquires from our residents and contractors.

You will be actively engaged with our main Repairs Contractor, Mountjoy Ltd who are collocated with us in the Civic offices.

This role will require excellent communication, organisational and time management skills as you will be highly influential in delivering the very best service possible for our residents.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Basic Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The Council will offer assistance and further details will be in the job application pack.
