We’re seeking a self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our busy Resident Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tenancy management while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
What you’ll be doing
- Housing Administrator (Apprentice)
- Location: Woking (Hybrid) | Time: 37 hours per week
- Gained responsibilities include: supporting tenant sign-ups, rent collection and tenancy enforcement, anti‑social behaviour case administration, Right to Buy applications, and general tenancy administration
- Gaining exposure across Housing Services, including Repairs, Complaints and Allocations
Apprenticeship details
- Qualification: Level 2 Housing & Property Management Assistant
- Duration: 12 months training + 3 months end‑point assessment (up to 18 months total)
- Training: Remote, blended learning (1‑to‑1s, webinars, online modules)
- Eligibility:
- Aged 16+
- Not in full‑time education
- Living in England
