We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about swimming and want to train as professional Swimming Instructors. No teaching qualification yet? No problem — we’ll fully fund your training and support you every step of the way.
The Role
- You’ll work alongside experienced swimming instructors in the water, supporting lessons while developing the skills and confidence to become a fully qualified Swimming Teacher.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in delivering swimming lessons for children and adults

What We’re Looking For
- Strong swimming ability (essential) – you must be able to confidently swim to a high standard (swim test required)
- Reliable, professional, and confident with people
- Ability to take responsibility in a safety-focused environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability (weekdays, weekday evenings, and weekends)
- Experience working with young children and an understanding of how to engage and support them is desirable
