We’re looking for reliable Swimming Teachers to join our friendly, community-focused team.

The Role

You’ll deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, helping build confidence, safety, and a lifelong love of swimming. You’ll work closely with our Senior Instructor and be part of a supportive, in-water teaching environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging swimming lessons for all ages
  • Create a safe, fun, and structured learning environment
  • Support lesson planning and swimmer progression
  • Promote water safety at all times
  • Help maintain a clean and organised poolside
  • Support trainee and junior teachers

What We’re Looking For

  • Swim England or STA teaching qualification (essential) (Level 1 or 2)
  • Previous teaching experience (essential)
  • Confident, positive, and great with children
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • Flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends)

Desirable

  • Lifeguard qualification
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Basic IT skills
