We’re looking for reliable Swimming Teachers to join our friendly, community-focused team.
The Role
You’ll deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, helping build confidence, safety, and a lifelong love of swimming. You’ll work closely with our Senior Instructor and be part of a supportive, in-water teaching environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging swimming lessons for all ages
- Create a safe, fun, and structured learning environment
- Support lesson planning and swimmer progression
- Promote water safety at all times
- Help maintain a clean and organised poolside
- Support trainee and junior teachers
What We’re Looking For
- Swim England or STA teaching qualification (essential) (Level 1 or 2)
- Previous teaching experience (essential)
- Confident, positive, and great with children
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends)
Desirable
- Lifeguard qualification
- Emergency First Aid
- Basic IT skills
