Are you highly motivated with the ability to evaluate complex and conflicting drug safety data? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Drug Safety Executive to join our Drug Safety and Information Department on a permanent contract.
Role Overview
As a Drug Safety Executive, you will be a key member of the team, leading and conducting all aspects of signal management from signal detection through to signal assessment. You will also lead product safety signalling team meetings and contribute to and lead initiatives for process improvement and consistency regarding signal management.
What we’re looking for:
- You should hold a degree in pharmacy or life sciences.
- Experience in pharmacovigilance, specifically signal management and an in-depth knowledge of current pharmacovigilance legislation and its application is essential.
- You must have a broad knowledge of medical terminology and disease pathology to support safety decision making.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication and organisational skills are also required along with computer literacy, including experience in using a pharmacovigilance safety database.

You will be working from our Wrexham based site which is home to our MHRA approved sterile injectable manufacturing facility.
