  • A night owl who’s friendly, reliable, and ready to be the face of the hotel after dark
  • Previous hospitality, security, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Confident handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems on the spot
  • Happy to do cleaning, set-ups, and safety checks during the quiet hours
  • Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
