What We’re Looking For
- A night owl who’s friendly, reliable, and ready to be the face of the hotel after dark
- Previous hospitality, security, or customer service experience is a plus
- Confident handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems on the spot
- Happy to do cleaning, set-ups, and safety checks during the quiet hours
- Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Can make every guest feel safe, welcome, and cared for – even at 3am
- Have a good eye for detail and can spot when something’s not quite right
- Know your way around basic maintenance or can think fast to get issues sorted
- Keep things running smoothly while the rest of the team sleeps
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude no matter the hour
